What do you do with my information?

Your personal information and card details will be passed on to the hotel so they can process your reservation, but nowhere else. Any information entered into the online booking page or given over the telephone is securely encrypted and protects your personal information from being tampered with.

How do I know that all your hotel reviews are genuine?

Only guests who have booked through and stayed at the hotel will be invited to submit a review. After your departure date, will send you an email with a personalised link, unique to your booking.

Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Providing you make any cancellations or amendments in accordance with the hotel's policy you will not be charged a penny. The cancellation policy can be found on the hotel details page and on your booking confirmation. Cancellation policies for each hotel can vary so please ensure you check the details when booking.

How do I make a reservation?

Reserving your hotel accommodation using Central Reservations is very straightforward.

By visiting our "home page" ( and selecting the city and dates on which you'd like to travel, simply click on the "Check Availability" button. We will then generate a list of hotels in your city with availability for your chosen dates.

You can then choose your hotel, room type and number of required rooms. When you've made your decision, click on the "Book" button. The next step is to enter in your personal details (e.g., your name, address and contact information) and your credit card information.

When you've finished entering your information and agreed to the conditions, click on the "Make Reservation" button at the bottom of the page. After this final step, you'll be presented with a page confirming your reservation at your chosen hotel. It will detail your reservation confirmation number and summary details of your reservation information.

We would advise that you print out a copy of this reservation confirmation and bring it with you when checking in to your hotel. A copy of this information will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided while making your reservation.

Why do I need to give credit card details?

As part of the reservation process, a deposit is needed to complete your reservation. Your credit card details are required to debit your card by the indicated amount, leaving the balance of the total reservation cost payable to the hotel. Depending on each individual hotel policy, this balance is to be paid by you upon check-in/check-out at the hotel.

A breakdown of the reservation cost (indicating deposit and balance details) can be seen in the summary panel while making your reservation and also on your reservation confirmation email.

Are my personal details kept private?

All sensitive and personal information (such as your name, contact information, reservation details, etc.) are only used for the purpose of your reservation and are only available to Central Reservations and the accommodation provider / hotel you have chosen. We will not pass this information to any third party without obtaining your consent.

SSL technology encrypts sensitive information (such as your name, credit card number, etc.) before they are transmitted across the internet, ensuring that all private details are kept confidential and completely secure.

Why have I not received my reservation email?

Upon successful completion of the reservation process, a reservation confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you provided while making your reservation. If you haven't received your reservation email, we recommend that you firstly check the spam folder in your email inbox. If the reservation confirmation email has not been captured by your spam filter, then please contact us and we will re-send you the reservation confirmation.
